My name is Lonnie Witkoff and I have provided office management, bookkeeping services and data analysis to dental offices for the past 25 years. My passion is helping dental practices flourish and reach profit margins they hadn’t dreamed of. During this time, I have worked with numerous practice consultants gleaning 100’s of ‘tricks of the trade’ to develop and implement systems, increase productivity, and make offices more efficient. Depending on the specialty, average overhead for dental practices range from 55-75%. Some of the practices with which I have worked reached profit margins of 80% (20% overhead) while working a very relaxed pace and without compromising staffing.
